Mandarin Mooed

Chocolate and orange… the greatest combo of all time? It’s definitely one of our brewer’s favorites. Brewed with rich, decadent Ghirardelli dark chocolate and sweet, citrusy orange peel. It’s like eating a chocolate covered mandarin slice. We even went the extra mile to achieve that bright and fresh citrus flavor by zesting a bunch of oranges by hand and adding them into the fermentation tank. Talk about yum!
