A Railtown classic, this Russian Imperial Stout is one of our most-requested beers. We dug our old recipe out of the archives and brewed for you, the infamous RIS! Aromas of rich chocolate and dark fruit give way to a well balanced, full-bodied, decadent beer. Flavors follow the same path with notes of bitter chocolate, sweet fig, and a subtle alcohol warmth. For old times’ sake, it wouldn’t feel right addressing this beer without the piercing screech of “Molly! RIS!” from across the room. Feel free to order this way.
